I'm in casinos in other cities, and they only take 2 dollars each time. Once a guest plays, the casino will take about 8 dollars. The same is true for the Texas Hold'em poker room. My husband is a veteran and because he did not ask when he booked the room, he was not allowed to get the veteran discount. This place looks like wow! But customer service is horrible.

I have been to the Vegas version and that customer service is great.
